I grew up in the traditional Command and Control Project Management Office, which has evolved into a collaborative Scaled Agile for Enterprise Framework with distributed teams working virtually. I lead by coaching - based on where they are on the S-Curve. And using my Prosci Training, leverage their interest and engagement using the ADKAR Model.
